Job Description

Team and Role Introduction:
Lazada Express is the Logistics arm of the Lazada Group and is structured operating Business Units of"Express" with own B2C last mile delivery capabilities from pick-up to sort to delivery.We are building an innovative, highly visible, low cost logistics network and we are growing biggerthan ever. Our Hub team is now looking for a Manager, Hub with the details below.
Responsibilities:
1、Oversee the operational performance of multiple logistics hubs within a designated cluster, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods while maintaining high service standards.2、Develop and implement strategies to optimize hub operations, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction in collaboration with the central logistics team.3、Manage and motivate a team of supervisors and operational staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to drive continuous improvement.4、Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as delivery times, first-time delivery success rates, and customer complaints, taking corrective actions as needed.5、Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including supply chain, customer service, and transportation to align on processes and address any operational issues.6、Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and safety standards across all hub operations within the cluster.7、Analyze operational data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvements, implementing changes to enhance efficiency.

Job Requirements

Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
1、Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.2、Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics operations, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.3、Proven track record in managing multiple logistics hubs or similar operational units, demonstrating effective cost control and service quality.4、Strong leadership skills, with the ability to build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.5、Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of collaborating with various stakeholders and resolving conflicts.6、Proficient in using logistics management software and tools for data analysis and process optimization.7、Adaptable to a fast-paced environment, with the ability to make strategic decisions under pressure while maintaining a focus on operational excellence.Please note that the job description and requirements are subject to the specific needs and policies of Alibaba International.

Requirements/Qualifications(good to have):
Mission Hub manager is responsible for delivering excellent service to customers withsustainable customer royalty to achieve business goals.Reporting Manager, HubResponsibilities Planningo Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared towardsoperational excellence.o Tactical hub planning in terms of resources (manpower, equipment, space, etc) in linewith fluctuation of weekly/monthly volume. Reportingo Regular meetings with VP Ops & cross functionally with regards to hub operationalmatters.o Establish & keeping track daily/weekly/monthly hub performance report in terms ofits services, productivity, efficiency & cost. Analyzingo Analyze issues & work closely with country team for corrective & preventive solutions.o Handling customer’s complaint/feedback & excellent trouble shooting skills. Optimizingo Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizationsmission -- specifically, support better management
