Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Seller Platform Communication Manager to lead the strategy and execution of communication initiatives that empower our seller community and strengthen their connection to our platform. As a key representative of the Lazada brand, you will ensure seamless, impactful communication across all seller touchpoints, aligning with organizational goals and regional directives. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong execution skills to drive seller engagement, foster growth, and position Lazada as the preferred partner for sellers in the e-commerce ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Communication Leadership:
â€Ē Develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven communication strategies that effectively inform, educate, and engage sellers.
â€Ē Design content strategies to highlight platform updates, policies, campaigns, product enhancements, and best practices.
â€Ē Continuously measure and refine communication effectiveness to maximize engagement and awareness.
2. Crisis Management & Policy Implementation:
â€Ē Serve as the primary point of contact for seller communication during crises, ensuring prompt and agile updates.
â€Ē Implement regional policies into communication, ensuring clear understanding and adoption by sellers.
3. Venture Performance & Benchmarking:
â€Ē Monitor and drive performance metrics to ensure local communication effectiveness aligns with or exceeds regional benchmarks.
â€Ē Actively contribute to knowledge sharing within the regional communication leads, fostering best practice adoption.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
â€Ē Partner with key departments—including campaigns, product, marketing, platform governance, legal, and branding—to align communication initiatives with organizational priorities.
â€Ē Lead the creation of compelling, on-brand content for diverse channels such as pop ups, IM chat, email, newsletters, and LazMagazine.
5. Seller Insights & Advocacy:
â€Ē Act as the voice of sellers within the organization by gathering feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
â€Ē Collaborate with internal teams to address seller concerns proactively, enhancing the overall seller awareness.
6. Dynamic Adaptability:
â€Ē Navigate and adapt to rapidly changing market dynamics, team structures, and project requirements with agility.
