Responsibilities

• Performance Evaluation System: Analyze data, plan, supervise, and manage the implementation of the performance evaluation system. This includes processes, evaluation criteria, evaluation policies, goal setting, performance monitoring, assessment execution, and integrating evaluation results into other systems.
• Performance Management for All Departments: Develop and maintain a KPI dashboard, track KPI progress, and generate performance reports.
• Performance Evaluation Management: Collect annual performance data, facilitate discussions on evaluation results, and prepare reports. Provide guidance on linking evaluation outcomes with compensation, employee development, and other organizational systems
• Leadership Development Program Design: Analyze, design, and review training programs, methodologies, and tools for employee development. This includes onboarding programs, legally required training, and leadership & management development aligned with career paths.
• Organizational Structure Management: Analyze and consolidate data to develop organizational structures, coordinate with various departments to ensure up-to-date structural information.
• HR Analytics and Reporting: Oversee HR analytics operations and ensure accurate and timely report generation.
• Employee Engagement Strategy: Develop strategies for building and maintaining employee engagement, establish measurement and evaluation methods, and track improvement initiatives.
