Job Overview:

The Strategy lead, acting as an internal consultant, will lead project management while providing strategic guidance to business units. This role involves being a facilitative leader, ensuring that business solutions and projects align with the overall corporate strategy and facilitating collaboration among various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s or MBA highly preferred.
• 5-10 years of experience in Strategy Management Office or similar role.
• Additional certifications in strategy or consulting are advantageous.
• Exceptional strategic, collaborative, and consultancy skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics, project management software, and strategic planning tools.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
