- ดูแลและจัดเตรียมตารางนัดหมายต่าง ๆ
- อำนวยความสะดวกในการปฏิบัติงานตามภารกิจของผู้บริหาร
- ตรวจสอบหนังสือ จดหมาย เอกสาร ข้อมูลการติดต่อ
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ
- แก้ไขปัญหา ติดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน ทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ประสานงานข้อมูลที่สำคัญต่าง ๆ ในหน่วยงานที่ดูแล
Job Specification
- วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์ : ด้านเลขานุการ 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- ทักษะอื่น ๆ : มีทักษะภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีเยี่ยม, จัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้ดี, บุคลิกภาพดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร, มีความรอบคอบ มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี และมีความกระตือรือร้นสูง
