Job Summary:

We seek a passionate and organized Co-Producer to support the development and execution of our media projects. The Co-Producer will work closely with the Creative Producer and other key stakeholders to oversee various aspects of production, ensuring that creative vision, budget, and schedules are successfully aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Producer to plan, organize, and manage all stages of production.
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with departments.
• Supervise daily operations on set and handle problem-solving as needed.
• Help maintain production timelines and ensure deliverables meet deadlines.
• Support with documentation, contracts, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain quality control and ensure the production aligns with the creative vision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Communication Arts Program.
• 2+ years of Co-Producer experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible in both responsibilities and working hours.
• Able to work on holidays.

• Familiarity with industry-standard production software/tools is a plus.

• Experience working with diverse teams and across multiple genres.
• Understanding of post-production workflow.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
