Senior Recruitment Officer

HR Sourcing
-Execute HR sourcing from several channel according to HR strategic plan
-Collect and record number of application of each channel to evaluate effectiveness of its application
Recruitment& Selection
-Select candidate according to annual and contingency requirement
-Record and evaluate recruitment and selection effectiveness
-Prepare employment contract and announcement
New employee on board
-Develop starting kit for new hire
-Collect data and prepare draft of job description for all incumbent
-Coordinate with related parties to arrange monthly orientation
-Provide probation appraisal form to new hire’s immediate manager and prepare confirmation letter
Termination
-Conduct exit interview for voluntary resign staff
-Collect, analyze and report key finding on monthly basis
Performance management
-Assist HR manager to identify KPI of each incumbent
-Develop performance review tool kit
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development or related field.
- Direct experience in Human Resources Management, Human Resources Development or Organization Development from widely recognized company or consultant firm about 2-4 years
- Good modern human resources knowledge and solid knowledge in Thai labor low
- Business and result-oriented, attention in details, conceptual thinking, energetic with very good personality
- A mature individual, ability to work well under pressure and dynamic industry
- Good command in English
- Computer literacy: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
