- จัดเตรียมและตรวจสอบข้อมูลการจ่ายค่าจ้าง, เงินเดือน, เงินได้ต่างๆของพนักงาน อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับนโยบายค่าตอบแทนและการประเมินผลแก่ผู้บริหารและพนักงาน
- ดูแล และพัฒนาระบบการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพ มีความเหมาะสมและสอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายขององค์กร
- จัดทำรายงาน การวิเคราะห์ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการบริหารทรัพยาบุคคลเพื่อนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร รวมถึงหน่วยงานราชการ เพื่อท่ารายงานการส่งเงินให้ถูกต้องและตรงเวลา
คุณสมบัติ
- ปริญญาตรี - โท วิทยายาศาสตร์สาขาสถิติ/คณิตศาสตร์/คอมพิวเตอร์, สาขาพาณิชยศาสตร์และการบัญชี, สาขาเศรษฐศาสตร์ หรือสาขาการบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับโครงสร้างเงินเดือน และสวัสดิการต่างๆ
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในการใช้ Excel หรือโปรแกรมวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร, การนำเสนอ และการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี
