Account Executive (AE) Interior Design

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive (AE) to join our team. This role is essential in expanding our client base, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and driving business growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for interior design, strong sales acumen, and exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships through consistent communication and trust-building.
• Present and sell interior design services, demonstrating a clear understanding of client needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Follow up with clients, providing relevant information and guidance throughout the sales process until the deal is closed.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the interior design team to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in interior design or a relevant industry.
• Strong passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High sense of responsibility, enthusiasm, punctuality, and effective time management.
• Strong work ethic with a focus on honesty, patience, and creativity.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills; proficiency in English and Chinese will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong document preparation skills.
• Must own a car and have a valid driver’s license for customer visits.
