We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community.To eliminate any doubt, this role involves reading, viewing, listening and examining user-generated content to ensure they comply with community guidelines. Content includes images, video, text related to every day life, but they can also include (but are not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder.About TeamR&T - Our Search Operation - Recommendation & Traffic is on the premise of ensuring online search quality and safety, to improve user content search experience and to stimulate user content search consumption demand. We work closely with product teams and have the ability to cover the whole process of search growth operation from strategy evaluation, search query moderation, recommendation model labelling, trending operation to activity undertaking plan formulation.What will I be doing?1. Responsible for the double review & recommendation content;2. Find potential risks through daily work and put forward suggestions for improvement;3. Focusing on the quality and safety of the content, deeply understanding and following up business progress, and helping product function optimization iterations.4. Working closely with the supervising departments to optimize relevant working standards of our projects 5. Additional compatible and related responsibilities which are not necessarily listed above 6. Willing to work with sensitive issues that include child exploitation, a variety of religious and political views, violence, adult & sexual content.

Qualifications

What should I bring with me?Minimum Qualifications1. Candidates to be open to shift work hours;2. Have QA experience of moderation project, or familiar with RCA;3. Good English proficiency, Bachelor's degree or above;4. Good judgement when dealing with ambiguity and encountering unfamiliar situations by providing timely feedback5. Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.6. Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.Preferred Qualifications1. Frequent use of TikTok and strong familiarity with Google, YouTube, Ins, Facebook;2. Those who have knowledge of search trending related businesses are preferred;3. Familiar with common office software, preferably have search operation experience;4.
