เนื้องานโดยย่อ:
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
- Provide legal-centric consultation for new business models, including but not limited to, digital and technology, renewable energy, climate change, carbon credit, start-ups, FinTech and healthcare
- Provide legal advice and recommendations related to business operations (e.g. PDPA, intellectual property, environment, product liability, customer protection and antitrust), due diligence, compliance and litigation
- Draft and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents
- Research new laws and regulations to advice business units on management strategy
- Network with relevant government agencies
คุณสมบัติ:
- Bachelor's or Higher degree in Law
- 0-10 years of legal experience
- Knowledge in business-related laws.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team
- The ability to prioritize work and to work well under pressure
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly ability to think spontaneously
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
