Thai China Education Service Center is looking to expand our HR recruitment team to increase our recruitment drive. We are looking for people who have strong people skill who are passionate about seeking the right people for the right job, who want to help us shape the company culture of our new start-up. Strong Chinese language skill will be given special consideration, but is not a requirement.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Implementing recruitment process, including job postings, Drafting basic JD,
- Assisting in resume screening, scheduling interviews, and extending job offers
- Assisting in one of the main HR function such as payroll, personnel evaluation, or on/offboarding depending on preference and previous work experience
- Doing Administrative and Coordinating according to the HR functions and duties document
- Implementing the Social Security
Qualification
- Age between 23 – 30 years old
- Bachelor Graduates in any faculty and fields
- 1-3 yrs Experience
- Chinese language proficiency would be an advantage
Office Hours
- Mon - Fri: 9.00 - 18.00
