Job Description : Presale Systems
- รับผิดชอบการสนับสนุนงานก่อนขาย เช่น การออกแบบระบบ การจัดทำเอกสารนำเสนอ การเขียนความต้องการทางด้านเทคนิค การทำ Comply Spec หรือ TOR และอื่นๆ เพื่อสนับสนุนงานขาย
- ให้คำปรึกษาและนำเสนอสินค้า IT หรือ IT Solution ให้ลูกค้า พร้อมออกแบบระบบและอุปกรณ์ที่เหมาะสมตามความต้องการของลูกค้า
- นำเสนอและตอบคำถามข้อมูลทางด้านเทคนิคให้กับลูกค้า
- สนับสนุนทีมขายในการนำเสนอสินค้าและบริการของบริษัทฯ
- พบลูกค้าในเขตกรุงเทพฯ และต่างจังหวัด เพื่อรักษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างองค์กรและโอกาสในการร่วมงานกับลูกค้าในอนาคต
Qualifications:
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- อายุ 26 - 35 ปี
- ระดับการศึกษา: ปริญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคอมพิวเตอร์ เช่น วิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ วิทยาการคอมพิวเตอร์ หรืออื่นๆ
- มีความรู้เรื่อง Windows server, Linux, Virtualization (VMware , Hyper V), Storage, ระบบ Network พื้นฐาน
- หากมีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน Presale หรือ System Engineer จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถเจรจาต่อรองและวางแผน คิดอย่างเป็นระบบ (System Thinking) และทักษะการนำเสนอ (Presentation Skill)
- อดทนต่อสภาวะกดดันได้ดี มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและเข้ากับผู้อื่นได้ง่าย
- มีรถของตนเองและใบอนุญาตขับขี่ จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
