Reservation & Product Manager

We're looking for a Reservations and Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Bangkok!

This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills and management experience in reservations or product management, paired with exceptional English communication skills. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and are eager to lead a small, dedicated team, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Management Duties:

  • Lead and support a small team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Communicate regularly with our UK General Manager.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on all reservation and product-related tasks.
  • Ensure team goals are aligned with time and financial objectives.
  • Foster continuous team growth through ongoing training and development.

Reservations Tasks:

  • Accurately process and manage booking requests.
  • Maintain and verify all reservation records.
  • Handle future reservation and allotment requests.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and budget submissions for tours.
  • Resolve any booking discrepancies with efficiency.
  • Stay current with company policies and actively participate in training.

 

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a DMC or Tour Operator environment.
  • Proven leadership and management skills.
  • Strong proficiency in both Thai and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to Responsible Tourism.
