Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Faculty of Law.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal field, having experiences in international law firm or in-house legal function.
• Good command in English.
• Ability to work independently.
• Possession of Thai Attorney-at-Law License
• Competent level of skills in Microsoft Office /O365, Research, offhand problem solving.

Job descriptions:

• Developing and managing operational plan for legal, corporate compliance and contract management to align with functional strategy and objectives and support the achievement of desired outcome for the company.
• Managing the contract, legal and corporate compliance counseling and advisory related to business activities for all company functions to ensure that legal risk is taken into consideration and well managed.
• Overseeing and supervising subordinates
• Legal documentation and activities, e.g., internal records and filings, making reports, training, deadline monitoring, etc.
• Coordinating with internal and external sectors related to legal and company registration matters.
