- วางแผนและจัดทำอัตรากำลังพลประจำปี
- ดำเนินการคัดเลือก สรรหาบุคลากร ตั้งแต่การประกาศตำแหน่งงานว่างตามการขออัตรากำลัง สัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้น (ในบางตำแหน่งที่ต้องใช้ Skills ในการทำงาน) นัดผู้สมัครไปสัมภาษณ์ในแต่ละแผนก และติดตามผลการสัมภาษณ์
- ดำเนินการแจ้งเข้า - ออก ประกันสังคม, ประกันอุบัติเหตุ, กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ
- ทำสัญญาจ้างงานและจัดหายูนิฟอร์มให้กับพนักงานใหม่
- อบรมพนักงานใหม่
- การคีย์ข้อมูลบันทึกหรือเปลี่ยนข้อมูลของพนักงาน
- จัดทำรายงานข้อมูลต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการสรรหาและว่าจ้างนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชาและผู้บริหาร
- ติดตามการประเมินผลทดลองงาน
- มีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของ หน่วยงาน และองค์กร
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
