- Planning recruitment and get candidates on board as per business needs.
- Partnership with senior management team for labor market trend.
- Develop recruitment tools for more efficient and Reinforce recruitment network sourcing.
- The candidates shall experience in headhunter or recruitment agency business who are managing temporary staff or outsources recruitment.
- Preferred experiences for those who are in the outsourcing filed.
