As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and drive our tourist acquisition strategy. Our goal is to enhance the visibility of our offerings and attract more tourists to enjoy the rich culinary experiences we provide.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing tourist engagement and acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, influencer management, and partnership development, with a focus on the tourism and hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to attract tourists, including SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
- Influencer Management: Identify, engage, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators to promote Hungry Hub’s offerings to tourists.
- Advertising Strategy: Plan and oversee the execution of online advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive traffic and conversions.
- Partnership Development: Establish and maintain partnerships with travel agencies, hotels, tourism boards, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative content tailored to tourists, including blogs, videos, and social media posts.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimize strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the tourism or hospitality sector.
- Proven experience in managing influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising strategies.
- Excellent communication in English language (Chinese lanugage will be a Bonus).
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with good interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
