Responsibilities :

• Installation and maintenance of the system so that the system can work normally and efficiently
• Perform local backups and data integrity checks to ensure efficient backup storage.
• Monitor the security of the system to ensure that it works properly to keep the system safe from various dangers that will happen to the system.
• Analyze and fix problems that occur with the system so that the system does not damage or cause minimal damage
• Work according to the procedures that have been set as a standard in order to work correctly according to the steps and more efficient
• Coordinate with each department to prevent and solve problems in order to work smoothly

Qualifications :

• At least 3-5 years experiences in IT working areas (Data Center, system, network, office).
• Knowledge in operating system, windows platform, Linux.
• Knowledge in VMware and possess knowledge of current network infrastructure e.g, TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP, IPS, Firewall, Proxy Servers, Bandwidth Management and Traffic Shaping, VPN.
• Experience as one of monitoring tools especially i.e Zabbix, Manage Engine etc.
• Ability to investigate and complex problem solving
• A good understanding of IT service delivery and support disciplines as defined under ITIL.
• Must be able to motivate others and have a willingness and ability to work through difficult situations and solve challenging problems.
