Responsibilities

• Daily Customer Inquiry Handling via Phone / Chat and Email on the topics : Insurance Coverage, Claim Process,Cancellation & Refund ,Operation Work Related with our Business Partner.

• Basic Claim Assesment e.g. Completion of Claim Documents
• Manage to collaborate with all stakeholders in order to complete Cancellation / Claim Tasks.
• Manage the Daily / Monthly Activities Reports and provide to direct manager with accurate and ontime5. Support other administrative works assign from manager from time to time.
