atFAT MangoAs an Human Resources and Admin, you will be responsible for overseeing all things related to Human
Resources at Fat Mango Studios. Working closely with our project manager, you will
also take care of some admin tasks.
Tasks
It will be expected for you to be responsible for the overall health and wellbeing of the
culture at Fat Mango Studios.
- Recruiting new roles as the company grows.
- Manage and constantly develop the Fat Mango working culture. To be an inspiring, creative and friendly place to work.
- Organize regular internal events to boost the morale of the team.
- Receive feedback from the team on how the work environment can be improved.
- Help our project manager with ongoing admin tasks where needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in HR (3 years minimum)
- Experience in video production company (preferred but not necessary)
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Good leadership skills
- Good English speaking and writing skills
- Thai national
