Responsibilities

• Creating and posting job descriptions to relevant job boards.
• Source candidate utilizing social media and local group
• Review resumes and conducts phone screens to determine qualifications
• Schedule an interview with the hiring manager and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Provide admin support to Recruiter, documentation Manage and update the HR database with different information.
• Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities Assist recruiters in posting job ads on career pages
• Monitoring renewal contractor such as Temporary staff, Contractor and part-time.
• Managing ad-hoc assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in human resource or related filed with 1 years experience in recruitment role.
• Able to use various computer software Knowledge of HR software, reliable and must have strong communication skill.
• Strong verbal and oral communication skills Self-motivated and strong analytical skills
• Attention to detail, prioritization skill and time management
• Maintain a strong relationship with key groups Motivational and communication skill
• Act as reliable and supportive team members Data-driven mindset and experience with recruitment
• Able to complete a complex administrative task with less supervision.
