PMO - CEO Office

atCP Axtra PCL
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with the company's vision and growth objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to drive projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and briefing materials for the CEO's internal and external engagements.
  • Facilitate communication between the CEO and other departments to ensure alignment and timely execution of strategic goals.
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, functional heads, and external partners.
  • Manage relationships and communications with external partners, government agencies, and industry organizations.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to provide insights and recommendations to the CEO.
  • Assist in setting and monitoring performance targets for various business functions.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinate the preparation of materials for board meetings, executive leadership meetings, and other high-level forums.

Key Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in PMO, strategic planning, project management, or a similar role in a corporate environment or in a consulting firm
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand complex business dynamics and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools as Jira, Mira
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion, and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus.
  • Excellent both Thai & English Languages
