Responsibilities :

• Strategize, execute, and optimize a data-driven demand generation Marketing Promotion and Campaign strategy to achieve sales goals for an assigned geographic or demographic defined market segment.
• Responsible for developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, owning top funnel virtual events, and measuring results.
• Provide ongoing reporting, Marketing Promotion and Campaign insights.

Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
• At least 3 years relevant experience in marketing promotion and campaign role preferably in retail business.
• Excel (vlookup, pivot table, charts) is a must
• Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Exhibit willingness and flexibility to work both independently as well as part of a team
