Manager - Loss Prevention and Compliance

As Manager - Loss Prevention (LP), will be responsible for setting, leading, and executing the LP disciplines including LP Compliance for store operations, DC and Makro business Manager - Loss Prevention (LP), will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of fraud & crime detection, incident investigation, shrinkage prevention and implement LP standardize, monitor and ensure the store operations, DC and Makro business comply with standardize and LP compliance.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Implement and maintain LP policies, programs and procedures as the Thai raw, regulatory, LP management system and company requirement for store operation, DC and International business.
2.Develop, implement and improve the LP management system, manage that risks of LP are identified, assessed and managed with appropriate control measures in order to comply and regulatory requirements for store operation, DC and International business.
3. Develop, implement and maintain CCTV control and AI camera or related project for store operation, DC and International business.
4. Access, identify LP training requirement and implement LP training plan for store operation, DC and International business.
5. Promote LP culture by conduct LP activities to enhance associates' knowledge and awareness. 6. Facilitate for incident investigation process to find out the root cause and coaching store operation, DC and International business for preventing repetitive incident including analyzing LP statistic trend, ensures appropriate actions are taken to correct risk conditions and/or risk behaviors.
7. Establish, review and control relevant governmental documents and reports related LP store operation, DC and International business.
8. Access LP compliance, monitor and follow up corrective action to be done, analysis gap finding to provide improving including implementing LP system and conduct LP audit
9. Supervise, or advise, on the development of specifications for the purchase of LP equipment such as CCTV
10. Support direct report to achieved company strategy and performs other duties as assigned

Required Competencies and Skills
1. Knowledge of loss prevention, CCTV , Al camera , security , investigation and audit
2. Ability to implement Loss prevention standards and requirements
3. Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills including an ability to partner with internal departments and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization
4. Strong problem solving and analytical skills
5. Demonstrated proficiency with MS Word, Excel, power point program
6. Basic principles and practices of personnel management, including training, staff development and performance evaluations.
7. Any other assigned.
