Application Support Manager (CRM)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage team to provide application services (functional and consult)
  • Monitor Services, inform and record issue into system
  • Ensure, Service available time over 99.5% per year
  • Coordinate with third parties or in-house team for solution within SLA time
  • Support day-to-day operation and ensure that business can continues
  • Main Support Application (Customer information, Siebel CRM, Siebel BI, Sales force tools)
  • Provide application services (functional and consult)
  • Ensure – Customer information flow to another system are correct.
  • Reconcile the customer across system, store, etc
  • Analyst issue and be able to propose solution / work around
  • Inform user once issue happen and resolution with ETA provide
  • Support day-to-day operation and ensure that business can continues
  • Monthly plan and update progress
  • Be able to identify key success factor and Result driven
  • Report issue, weekly report and update to Management


Qualifications:

  • At least 7+ years’ experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or related field
  • Customer Information, CRM
  • Marketing knowledge is a plus
  • Retail Business experience is a plus
  • Knowledge in UNIX, Shell, Oracle Siebel BI, Siebel CRM, and sales force tools will be advantage, Knowledge in Oracle database, SQL language is must.
  • Good communication skills and be able to handle many projects in the limited time.
  • Work well under pressure and need to have the service mind.
  • Strong skills required in critical thinking and analysis / understand the relationship of the system and prioritize
  • Make decision and drive to support/project
  • Good team player
  • Be able to communicate with inter-companies
  • Presentation skill
