We are looking for a dedicated Customer Advisor After Sales Representative to deliver outstanding support to our customers via phone and email. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive problem-solving approach, and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Advisor After Sales Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers via phone and email. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle outbound customer calls related to post-sale inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
  • Address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and product/service concerns effectively.
  • Provide detailed information on product/service usage, troubleshooting steps, and warranty policies.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products/services and company policies to provide accurate information and support.
  • Stay updated on new product features, changes, and promotions.


Required Qualification:

  • Thai national
  • Fluency in both Thai and English (B1 level) is required, including reading, writing, and speaking skills.
  • Bachelor degree


Working shift & schedule:

  • Shift start times will be scheduled every hour between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM
  • Work schedule 5 days of the week, weekly off 2 days/ week
