atCentral Department Store Group- ดำเนินการสรรหา คัดเลือก สัมภาษณ์ ในระดับพนักงาน/หัวหน้างาน
- ดำเนินการทดสอบ สัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้น เพื่อส่งให้กับต้นสังกัดสัมภาษณ์คัดเลือกตามขั้นตอน
- จัดทำรายงาน Manpower พนักงานประจำ และ Part time
- ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานกับต้นสังกัด เรื่องอัตรากำลังและการโอนย้ายพนักงาน
- ติดต่อกรมจัดหางาน คัดเลือกใบสมัคร/ออกบู๊ทรับสมัครงาน/Job Fair ตามที่กำหนด
- จบการศึกษาในระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาการบริหารบุคคล รัฐศาสตร์ จิตวิทยา หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ในการทำงานด้านสรรหาและว่าจ้าง 3- 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในด้านการติดต่อประสานงาน การเจรจาต่อรอง
- สามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี มีความอดทน และมีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน
- หากมีทักษะในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
