Job Description:

• Working with differenct internal teams to manage current Change processes and reviewing the existing processes
• Preparing, Tracking and reporting the project financials, expenses and billing
• Coordinating with other dependency projects for to sync the plan and activities
• Document key notes and action items, distributing both IT internally and client facing, proactively driving for action items results and resolutions
• Assist PM in tracking, preparing task activites and plan and following up tasks from IT related team

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Industrial Engineering
• At least 2 years of working experience in project management and lead preferably on large projects
• Understand and experience in project in waterfall or agile disciplines
• Understand the nature of IT application developments and related stakeholders
• A certificate in Project Management is a plus
• Fluent in both written and spoken in English (TOEIC 600 or equivalent)
• Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
