Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX and Visual designers and work closely with researchers and content strategists to develop customer-centric solutions in an agile workflow
• Consider systems and frameworks to organise information and design layouts relevant to user needs
• Consider both user needs and business goals, and translate insights to design concepts that demonstrate clean layouts and simple-to-use experiences
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams that include other designers, product owners, product managers, marketing, solution architects, developers and engineers, QA and project managers

Qualification 

• 5+ years of experience in of UX/UI design experience for Mobile or Web applications
• Good knowledge of the design process
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
