Accounting Assistant
atAyasan Service Co., Ltd.ลักษณะงาน:
- ทำบัญชีทั้งระบบ และจัดเก็บเอกสารทางบัญชี เช่น ใบแจ้งหนี้, ใบกำกับภาษี, ใบเสร็จรับเงิน, ใบสำคัญรับ, ใบสำคัญจ่าย ลงโปรแกรม
- จัดทำเอกสารภาษีเงินได้ หัก ณ ที่จ่าย และตรวจสอบ ภ.ง.ด. 3,53 ภพ30 ได้
- ช่วยดูแลด้านการเงินของบริษัท เช่น การรับเช็ค วางบิล และค่าใช้จ่ายต่างภายในบริษัท ตามรอบการชำระเงินของบริษัท
- จัดทำเงินเดือน (เฉพาะของแม่บ้านเท่านั้น)
- ติดตามใบเสร็จรับเงินที่ชำระแล้วและเอกสารประกอบอื่นๆให้ครบถ้วน
- งานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เช่น นำเช็คเข้าธนาคารและจัดส่งเอกสารให้ลูกค้า
คุณสมบัติ:
- จบปริญญาตรี หรือ ปวส. สาขาการบัญชี
- ละเอียดรอบคอบ มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- มีความขยัน และอดทน
สวัสดิการ:
