Cloud Engineer (Amazon Web Services)

Responsibility

  • Maintain ระบบ Cloud ให้สามารถให้บริการได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง

  • Advanced Monitoring เช่น Capacity planning, หาช่องโหว่ที่จะทำให้ระบบหยุดชะงัก

  • Bug fix หรือ patch ช่องโหว่ของระบบ

  • Availability เช่น ปรับปรุงระบบให้มีความสามารถทนต่อความเสียหายได้ดียิ่งขึ้น (ทำให้ระบบ down ยากขึ้น) หรือลด single point of failure

  • Performance ทำให้ระบบ Cloud มีประสิทธิภาพที่ดีขึ้น เช่น ทำงานเร็วขึ้น ตอบสนองเร็วขึ้น latency ลดลง

  • Feature function เช่น upgrade version เพื่อรองรับ feature ใหม่ๆ หรือ implement plug-in ต่างๆ เพื่อให้ได้ feature ที่ดียิ่งขึ้น

  • เป็น Tier-2 แก้ปัญหาที่ NOC ไม่สามารถแก้ได้

  • Deploying new service ที่ผ่านการ evaluate มาแล้ว

  • Implementation กรณี Managed Service ที่ต้องมีการติดตั้งที่ site ลูกค้า


    • Qualification

  • Thai nationality, age 25-35 years old

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in IT, computer science, engineering or other related

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in managing IT project including project planning, client management, quality assurance, resource and budget control

  • Knowledgeable System Analyst & IT infrastructure architecture and components, e.g., Unix operating system, networking, security concept, etc.

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and leadership skills

  • Experience leading teams, planning and organizing work (for example: Technical Leader, Project Leader, Project Manager, Team Leader)

  • Enjoy working in a team environment

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English

  • Good personality and relate well to customer�
