Job Description:

1. Manage assigned construction projects to meet company standards and present progress to management.
2. Collaborate in creating and reviewing master plans, S-Curves, sub-plans, and expedited plans.  
3. Assist in preparing and reviewing TORs for bidding, construction contracts, bid proposals, construction drawings, and BOQs.  
4. Calculate quantities and source material price comparisons for procurement.  
5. Develop quality control procedures for all construction stages.  
6. Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders.  
7. Prepare or monitor reports (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) for submission to management.  
8. Plan, control budgets, and manage construction operations and project resources.  
9. Assess risks to prevent potential project issues.  
10. Verify and oversee payments to suppliers and contractors.  
11. Ensure smooth management during and post-construction to achieve client satisfaction.  
12. Perform tasks assigned by supervisors.  

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (B.Eng.), Architecture (B.Arch.), or related fields.
2. Minimum of 5 years in experience in construction projects.
3. Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs.
4. Experienced in project management, including planning, monitoring, and on-site execution.
5. Skilled in negotiation and effective communication.
6. Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to manage teams to achieve planned objectives.
7. Perform well under pressure.
