The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Strategic Project / Program Manager to join our Flights Supply team. In this key role, you will manage and support a variety of strategic projects within the flights supply team, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the execution of key initiatives across departments such as product, supply, marketing, finance, and customer service. This includes setting clear project objectives, managing timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring deliverables are met on time and within scope. By translating business data and insights into actionable strategies, you will ensure alignment and progress toward organizational goals.

This role is vital to the growth of Agoda Flights, contributing to its transformation from a new vertical into a core component of Agoda's operations. You will play an integral role in driving effective project execution and ensuring alignment with Agoda's broader business objectives.


In this role, you will get to:

Project Management and Execution:

  • Manage and oversee strategic projects for flights supply, ensuring initiatives move the dial, are executed on time and exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables, coordinating across multiple team in various departments to ensure successful implementation.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and challenges to maintain alignment with business objectives.
  • Support the development and deployment of tools and processes to improve team efficiency and productivity.


Stakeholder Management and Collaboration:

  • Act as a central point of contact between supply, operations, analytics, product, and finance teams at Agoda and other brands of Booking Holdings.
  • Work closely with Country Directors to understand their market needs and ensure alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout project lifecycles.

Strategy, Performance Steering and Reporting:

  • Assist in defining OKRs and KPIs for the flights supply team, ensuring they align with overall company goals.
  • Track, analyze and guide team performance against key metrics, providing regular updates and actionable insights to collaborators and leadership alike.
  • Compile reports and updates for senior leadership to showcase progress, challenges, and outcomes of key initiatives.


Operational Support:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency across the flights supply team.
  • Support the creation of scalable workflows and best practices for cross-departmental collaboration.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in a strategy consulting firm or in a tech company (project / program manager role)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to learn fast and understand new business dynamics.
