The Opportunity

The B2B Marketing team at Agoda is seeking a visionary Product Marketing Manager to lead and overhaul our content marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our product marketing strategy, ensuring that our products resonate with our target audience and achieve market success. You will also drive various initiatives to enhance our brand visibility and create compelling narratives that resonate with our B2B partners and prospective partners.

Role Overview

As the Product Marketing Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of various communication strategies targeted at B2B partners. This includes defining Agoda's comprehensive product marketing strategies, core value propositions, crafting content for C-suite presentations, and collaborating with senior stakeholders across departments to identify and showcase our strengths in the B2B travel sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Product Marketing Strategy: Create comprehensive strategy and content that engages B2B audiences, elevating brand awareness and delivering concrete business results across multiple business units.
  • Create compelling product messaging and positioning that differentiate our products in the market.
  • Project manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and enhance product offerings.
  • Enhance Sales Materials and Strategy: Design and execute go-to-market plans for product launches, including promotional campaigns, sales enablement, and training.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Craft Engaging Presentations: Design and manage high-impact presentations that effectively convey Agoda's branding story and core strategies to partners and c-suite executives
  • Lead and Inspire Teams: Manage a dynamic content strategy team with wide range of skills, providing mentorship and guidance, develop KPIs, while recruiting top talent to enhance team capabilities.


What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Extensive Experience: A minimum of 5 years in product marketing, content strategy or related roles – preferably in tech industry. Experience in B2B marketing environment is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Exceptional writing and verbal communication abilities, with proficiency in creating impactful and visually appealing presentations.
  • Strategic Mindset: Proven experience in developing content that aligns with business objectives and enhances brand narrative.
  • Industry and product Knowledge: Familiarity with the tech and travel industry; experience in the online travel agency sector is a plus.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and substantiate content strategies and value propositions.
  • Leadership Capability: Experience in senior people management, with a track record of hiring, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics software.
