The Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Associate Manager to drive our online event marketing. This role will be critical in shaping how we engage and educate our audiences through virtual events, webinars, and online experiences.

As a key player in our marketing team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including supply, product, and marketing—to develop impactful online event programs that support business goals, generate leads, and enhance brand visibility. You don't need a traditional event marketing background, but you should be a marketer who thrives on data, strategy, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

As the Associate Manager, Online Events, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing virtual events that drive business growth, customer engagement, and sales enablement. You'll define the strategy for online events, manage execution end-to-end, and analyze performance metrics to continuously refine and improve event effectiveness.

Your success in this role will come from a strong marketing mindset, analytical thinking, excellent stakeholder management, and a tech-savvy approach to running events at scale.


Key Responsibilities

Online Event Strategy, Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive online event strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Own the end-to-end process for virtual events, from planning and execution to post-event analysis.
  • Ensure seamless attendee experience through best-in-class technology, automation, and workflows.

Stakeholder & Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product and leadership to align events with key business priorities.
  • Partner with regional teams to localize event strategies based on audience insights and market needs.
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors, speakers, and industry partners.

Audience Engagement & Lead Generation

  • Leverage multi-channel promotional strategies (email, social, paid media, etc.) to maximize event attendance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to drive registrations and post-event nurturing.
  • Optimize audience segmentation and targeting to ensure high-quality lead generation.

Data & Performance Measurement

  • Track key performance metrics, including attendance, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
  • Develop a reporting framework to assess event impact and inform future strategies.
  • Continuously test and optimize events based on data insights and attendee feedback.

Technology & Automation

  • Manage event platforms, CRM, and marketing automation tools to streamline event operations.
  • Ensure seamless lead capture, tracking, and follow-up by integrating event data into CRM systems.
  • Explore innovative event technologies to enhance virtual experiences and audience engagement.


Requirements

  • Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to think critically about event strategy, measure success, and drive data-backed decisions.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Strong collaboration skills to work across teams and with senior leadership.
  • Tech-Savvy Approach: Experience with CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), marketing automation, and event tools.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Adaptability & Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable working in tech and multinational environments where agility is key.
  • Excellent English Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills for global collaboration.
