Responsibilities:
Change Management:
- Develop and implement change plans.
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments.
- Align leadership on change initiatives.
- Develop and execute Stakeholder Engagement and Communications Strategy.
- Create Learning & Development Strategy.
- Develop Behavior Change Strategy.
- Plan and strategize Workforce Planning.
- Design HR Operating Model.
- Ensure Business Benefits Realization, Adoption, and Embedment Strategy.
Team Leadership and Guidance:
- Define necessary skills, structures, tools, and support mechanisms for change initiatives.
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the team.
- Ensure deliverables meet schedule, quality, and client satisfaction standards.
- Manage delivery risks and issues.
- Drive innovation and share best practices within the team.
- Integrate change management with other impacted projects or processes.
Client Engagement:
- Engage in dialogue with client sponsors/leadership to evaluate progress against project objectives.
- Build deep and trusting relationships with client sponsors/leadership.
Change Network Design and Implementation:
- Design change network structure and deliver change interventions.
- Conduct change effectiveness surveys and design interventions for continuous improvement.
- Define metrics and measure business adoption and benefits realization.
- Communicate key messages accurately and timely using innovative channels.
- Measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Consultant Level:
- Minimum of 3+ years of change management/consulting experience.
- Manager Level:
- Minimum of 6+ years of change management and/or consulting experience.
Desired Experience:
- HR & Talent Management
- Learning & Collaboration
- Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g., Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness)
Skills and Abilities:
- Creative and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with digital solutions in an information systems/technology-driven environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences.
- Strong facilitation skills for complex discussions.
- Strong executive-level relationship building skills.
