Key Responsibilities

  • Tool Development and Implementation:
    • Identify, evaluate, and select appropriate tools and technologies to support program management, data analysis, and reporting.
    • Develop and implement standardized methodologies and processes for tool usage across the organization.
    • Provide training and support to program teams on tool utilization.
  • Tracking and Reporting:
    • Design and implement robust tracking systems to monitor progress and performance against program objectives.
    • Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate insights.
    • Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Optimization:
    • Continuously evaluate and optimize existing tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for change.
  • Cross-Program Coordination:
    • Collaborate with program managers and teams to ensure alignment and consistency across transformation initiatives.
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices across programs.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, program teams, and technology partners.
    • Effectively communicate program progress, challenges, and recommendations.

 

Required Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in program management, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the banking industry, particularly core banking operations, is preferred.
