About the Role:
Join Accenture’s Consulting team as a Change & Training Lead to drive the organizational change and training initiatives. This role is integral to achieving seamless adoption of new processes and systems, ensuring organizational readiness and capability. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with advanced expertise in change management, training delivery, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Change Management Strategy:

• Shape the change vision and define the change acceptance strategy for the project.
• Develop and implement change initiatives, including the skills, structures, tools, and support mechanisms needed for managing organizational change.
• Measure and monitor progress toward achieving the desired state of change.

Leadership and Expertise:

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in change management with deep knowledge and experience.
• Provide advisory and influencing support to stakeholders at various levels.
• Lead decision-making processes, ensuring alignment with project objectives and organizational goals.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and commitment to change initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, addressing concerns and fostering buy-in.

Training Delivery:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to support the adoption of new processes and systems.
• Ensure training materials and sessions meet the needs of diverse audiences.
• Foster a learning environment that encourages skill development and knowledge transfer.

Impact Assessment:

• Analyze and assess the impact of change on business processes and operations.
• Identify risks and provide innovative solutions to address challenges across multiple teams.

Best Practices and Support:

• Guide project teams on change management methodologies and best practices.
• Support teams in executing change and training activities effectively.

Key Qualifications:

Change Management Expertise:

• Advanced proficiency in leading organizational change initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop and execute change strategies for large-scale projects.

Training Proficiency:

• Advanced experience in designing and delivering impactful training programs.
• Strong understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.

Leadership and Communication:

• Exceptional influencing and advisory skills to engage stakeholders and drive consensus.
• Proven track record of making critical decisions and guiding teams toward solutions that apply across multiple areas.

Collaboration and Problem-Solving:

• Ability to work with diverse teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Expertise in identifying challenges and implementing cross-functional solutions.

Based in Bangkok, with occasional travel to Rayong as required.
