Main roles & Key Deliverables

• Understands the overall purpose of the company, including the brands, customers, product goals, and all other aspects of Beiersdorf.
• Accepts designated business-focus projects, complete assignments – both individual and team on-time in full and present final project during the program
• Perform category assessment , programmatic, onto roll out the  “Sun One BDF – Category Captain” (Nivea & Eucerin)
• Collaborate & reinforce with boots in several functions focusing online & offline data analytics, In Store & Shelf design, Shopper Programmatic and etc. Exercise collaboration & Professional presentation with Sales team, S&CM, Marketing, SOE and other related function.
• Engage and Collaborate the pharmacist program (Healthcare campaign) and Nivea Sun – account plan with Boots.

Must-have Experiences

• Completed Bachelors or Masters in any field
• At least one first experience (internship, working student, work experience) is mandatory
• Maximum 2 years of working experience
• Need to be able to work and reside in Thailand as per labor law
• No relocation or visa support are paid for the program

Must-have Skills

• Solid data analysis & negotiation skills.
• Excellent in MS office and presentation.
• Relating and networking with active working style.

Contract Duration: 9 months (Feb. - Oct. 2025).
