Officer - Service Center

atCP Axtra PCL (Lotus's)

Key Responsibility:

  • Work as operation call center to accept phone call from stores regarding opened issue logs​
  • Call stores to ensure issue logs completely solved and closed​
  • Record received call details and summarize call report on a daily basis​
  • Work as service desk operator to review quality of issue log closure note ​
  • Able to give advice to HO responsible team on quality of log closure note ​
  • Continuous improve quality of log answered by responsible team ​
  • Perform other tasks assigned by Manager

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.​
  • Have experience 1-3 years in store operation improvement / Call Center / Customer Service / SRD / Supply Chain / Commercial
  • Communication skills​
  • Presentation skills​
  • Good service mind
  • MS office (Word, Excel, Power Point)​
  • StoreLine system / RPM / RMS / RMR
