Executive, Display Planning (Planogram)
atCP Axtra PCL (Lotus's)Key Responsibility:
- Work with all related team to manage the range change process for display
- Draw Planogram in every range change for stores
- Balance Space Range Display's KPI both of inventory and display rules for stores to operate simpler and maintain good display for customers
- Enable good availability and support the customer promise of “I can get what I want”
- Understand shopper behaviors to develop products display that are easy to shop
- Find new and innovative equipment solutions that are inexpensive and easy to implement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Experience in retail business is preferred
- Computer literacy and Microsoft office especially Advance in Microsoft Excel applications
- Skills of
- Manage the range change process for display
- Draw Planograms
- Logical thinking, able to work cross functions
- Team player with strong interpersonal, and communication skills
