Technical Solution Sales International
atAdvanced Info Service PCL. (AIS)· Handle the end-to-end telecom and connectivity needs of a set of key accounts, focusing on Strategic International Carriers and Global OTT Providers.
· Ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets by selling Telco/CCII and new product solutions.
· Build strong and effective relationships with key contacts in the assigned customer accounts across all levels to support the account strategy for delivering sales results.
· Achieve the set order booking/revenue targets for the vertical in the region by effectively handling key accounts and taking care of their entire range of telecom requirements across all data & voice solutions.
· Identify and develop new leads from new/existing accounts, coordinate first kick-off meetings, review customer requirements, identify company capabilities for designing resolutions, and ensure preparation of RFS and project take-off.
· Handle day-to-day customer management operations and provide timely resolution for customer issues and complaints.
· Regularly interface with the client and account for any changes in customer needs. Practice effective relationship management, especially for clients requiring data solutions.
