Engineering Specialist (BB Technical Touch Points)

Job Summary :

  • Be owner to minimize BB technical complaints
  • Be owner to direct systems & platforms under TD-BB supervision to fulfill requirements for BB cognitive human and non-human touch points
  • Be owner to seek for initiatives to improve processes & collabolations among TD-BB, NOC-BB, and BB call center
  • Be one of TD-BB team members to audit BB touch points
  • Be TD-BB representative to help consolidating AIS Fibre and 3BB call center

Job Description :

  • Be owner to minimize BB technical complaints
    • Call for regular meeting among relavant teams
    • Minimize both repeat and non-repeat BB technical complaints
    • Control end to end fixing, analyzing, and preventing BB technical complaints
    • etc.
  • Be owner to direct systems & platforms under TD-BB supervision to fulfill requirements for BB cognitive human and non-human touch points
    • Explore new solutions to drive BB human and non-human touch points towards Cognitive BB service
    • Help integrating TD-BB cognitive platforms to my AIS app and any BB operational support systems
    • Optimize TD-BB platforms to always perfectly support BB cognitive service
    • etc.
  • Be owner to seek for initiatives to improve processes & collaborations among TD-BB, NOC-BB, and BB call center
    • Regularly meet with NOC-BB and ACC-BB to find out required improvements on Processes/WI/Tools
    • Brainstorms relevant teams to find initiatives for required improvements
    • Drive those initiatives end to end
    • etc.
  • Be one of TD-BB team members to audit BB touch points
    • Regularly audit customer installation & maintenance
    • Regularly audit partners' technical back office
    • etc.
  • Be TD-BB representative to help consolidating AIS Fibre and 3BB call centers
