Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Support Engineer to join our team and provide crucial technical support for our AISPLAY video platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving faults to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.


Responsibilities

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and demarcate faults 24/7 for the AISPLAY video platform (IPTV head-end equipment such as IRD, Encoder, etc.).
  • Dispatch jobs to workforce engineers or 2nd tier operations for on-site support or in-depth analysis.
  • Provide technical assistance, including comprehensive fault reports, to the technical complaint team.
  • Coordinate with 2nd tier support, vendors, and OTT partners to achieve SLA goals for AISPLAY service fault handling.
  • Analyze root causes of problems to implement preventive measures against recurring issues.
  • Develop and implement automation tasks/processes to streamline routine monitoring work.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in monitoring and troubleshooting IPTV head-end equipment (IRD, Encoder, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of fault management and resolution processes in a 24/7 operational environment.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Experience in developing automation scripts or processes for operational efficiency.
