Import - Export Officer
atA-List Corporate Ltd.- ประสานงานด้านการนำเข้า - ส่งออก สินค้าและวัตถุดิบ โดยติดต่อกับตัวแทนผู้รับจัดการขนส่งสินค้าระหว่างประเทศทางเรือและทางอากาศ Freight Forwarder), ตัวแทนออกของ (Shipping agent) และบริษัทอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสารนำเข้า - ส่งออก
- ตรวจสอบใบขนสินค้าขาเข้าและขาออก, อัตราภาษี, และยอดเงินภาษี
- จัดทำ Monthly Report, จัดทำค่าใช้จ่ายประจำเดือน, จัดทำการเบิก - รับค่าภาษี
- ดำเนินการตาม Operation Manager สั่งการ
- เพศหญิง เท่านั้น
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี ในด้านการนำเข้าและส่งออก จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft office ได้ดี
- สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
