Legal Officer
atHino Motors Manufacturing (Thailand) Ltd.- To handle all related license, draft and revise contracts. Arrange shareholder meeting and provide legal opinion. Responsible for compliance issues, compliance audits and analysis of new or revised laws and regulations, overall compliance policies and procedures.
- Male/Female age not over than 25 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Law
- GPA is not less than 2.75
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of English (At least TOEIC 450) and Computer literacy (Microsoft office)
- Have driving license
- pleasant personality with good communication skills
