Corporate Alignment Manager (Government Sector)

JOB SUMMARY


The main purpose of the Corporate Alignment: Government Liaison position is to coordinate with government agencies to gather information, facilitate idea exchange, assist in problem-solving and support business development and internal projects. The focus is to establish and maintain effective relationships between the organization and various government agencies, officials, and regulatory bodies. Additionally, the position involves providing accurate guidance to other departments seeking to interact with government agencies.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with government agencies/state enterprises, facilitate communication between the organization and government entities to gather information and address issues.
  • Provide accurate guidance to other departments seeking to interact with government agencies.
  • Draw conclusions from governmental sources to ensure smooth cooperation and achieve objectives, thereby foster streamlined workflow and reducing redundancy.
  • Advocate for the organization's interests and ensure compliance with government regulations.
  • Preparing presentations and presenting information to management.
  • Organizing internal and external meetings and preparing meeting reports.

 

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in management or a related field. Knowledge in law, Political Science, Public Administration is a plus.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a coordination role within medium to large-sized companies, with proven experience in providing business support, cross-functional coordination and collaboration.
  • Experience working with government agencies and officials, government relations, public affairs is preferred.

 

Qualifications:

  • Graduate at least Bachelor Degree in any related fields
  • Have at least 3 years of working experience in coordination
  • Understanding of government processes, workflows, and internal operational procedures within government agencies.
  • Understanding of the organizational structure of various government units
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and understanding of legislative and regulatory processes for property development.
  • Understanding of corporate structure, internal organizational awareness.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including familiarity or connections with government official, being diplomatic and tactful in interactions with government officials.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to analyze legislative and regulatory documents.
  • Ability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills / Fluent in English and Thai communication
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • High level of responsibility and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Integrity and business ethics with a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Require frequent out of office travelling, possession of a driver's license and a car are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other productivity tools. (Power Point, Excel, Words)
