ผู้จัดการส่วนควบคุมงานก่อสร้างและประสานงานแบบ - BTS Siam

- เน้นงานก่อสร้าง 90 % ทำ Construction Management เคลียร์หน้างาน แก้ Detail งาน Interior / Architect
- ควบคุมคุณภาพและระยะเวลาของโครงการ คุมและตามงานผู้รับเหมา
- ประสานงานเรื่องแบบและก่อสร้างหน้างาน กับ Luxury brand/ผู้บริหาร ต้องติดต่อผู้เช่า Luxury Brand ต่างประเทศ [ต้องสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ ]
- สามารถทำแผน schedule คุมงบประมาณได้
- สามารถแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และควบคุมงาน Direct purchase ได้ดี
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/interior design or related field.
- Proven working experience (at least 5 years) in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning and new constructions)
- Proficient in AutoCAD2D, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator or other design programs
- Creativity in conceptual design and presentation.
- Retail design knowledge is required.
- Multi-tasking abilities and problem solving skills.
- Project management skills.
