Location: Bangkok , Rama 4 (MRT-Queen Sirikit Center)

Key Responsibilities

1. Learning & Development: Work as an apprentice to study current working procedure/ structure of each business group by on-site visit/ on-the-job training within 5.5 months rotational experience. Attend training and development program in MT development plan, and apply learned knowledge for the project, as well as for career ladder as middle-management level.

2. Project Management: Analyze and research information to serve business group' assignment by utilizing own integrated knowledge, skill, and experiences. Create action plan for assigned project based on expected result, budget, risk assessment and timeline. Perform role as project liaison between related parties to implement work improvement project and ensure progress running smoothly. Report progression of project on result, expense, and further recommendation, perspective to related parties.

• Completed Master Degree in MBA, Logistics, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, HR, or any business related discipline from accredited university and had past Bachelor's GPA of 2.75 up
• At least 1 year experience in related job family with proven record of achievements
• Excellent command of English with TOEIC score of 700 up or IELT 6.0 up
• Intermediate computer program literacy, including ability to create analytical spreadsheet/ graphs
• Good interpersonal skill, with effective verbal and written communication.
• Analytical/ logical thinking, with ability to analyze feasibility and option.
• Result oriented, with ability to prioritize urgency and timeframe.
• Flexibility to be permanent working at Yusen branch as assigned in Bangna, Sriracha Chonburi or Rayong province
